Extremely pricey gourmet Mexican food. The vibe is good definitely lively and hip. Expect to pay a minimum of $80 per. Most of the dishes are very well prepared and definitely have a higher quality than you might expect. Very good service. The empires were extremely tasty but still bit high-priced. The pork carnitas were very tender and well seasoned and you get a very large plate. There was no weight getting in and the tables and seats are very comfortable.

The housemade salsa is really good. It’s spicy which I don’t usually like but I found it tolerable. The pulpo ceviche was perfect. Texture, additions of avocado, red onion and cilantro was balanced. The special fish of the day was a halibut pan seared in butter garlic and was fabulous. The thick cut of halibut was seared crispy on both sides while the interior was tender. The mashed potatoes were also well prepared and flavorful and the veggie sides were al dente. Everything was seasoned well and not overdone. Not salty as others have mentioned.

There are so many places that do Mexican authenically and it is very delicious, I was skeptical that Javier's would really be that different or better... but wow, did all the flavors exceed and meld well. It exceeded any expectations... the perfect crisp on carnitas tacquitos and our seafood quesdillas were superb. Table salsa so fresh and for me perfect spice level-- I do not want mild blank-- and nothing greasy flavored!! Cannot wait to return!!!

Review: I was in town for the Formula 1 Grand Prix, and amidst all the chaos and noise of the race weekend, my dinner at Javier’s was a highlight of the trip. The atmosphere here is incredible—dark, moody, and high-energy. The decor, especially the massive wood carvings and the "rope" wall, really sets the tone for an upscale Vegas night. Even with the F1 crowds, the service was impeccable; I never felt rushed, and the staff handled the busy floor with total professionalism. I started with the chips and salsa (which are dangerously addictive) and the Jalapeño Margarita, which had the perfect amount of heat. For my main, I ordered the Cabo Azul—a combination of a Maine lobster enchilada, a grilled chile relleno, and a steak taco. It was outstanding, particularly the lobster enchilada which was rich and flavorful. If you are looking for a spot that delivers on vibe, food, and service—especially during a high-stakes weekend like the Grand Prix—this is it. Definitely make a reservation in advance, but it is absolutely worth it.

The food quality is outstanding—each dish is beautifully presented and bursting with authentic, rich flavors. Equally impressive is the service. The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being intrusive. Exceptional food, top-tier service, and a refined yet inviting ambiance make this restaurant a must-visit in Las Vegas. Highly recommended.

Javier’s at the Aria Hotel is absolutely outstanding and easily one of the best Mexican dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was excellent from start to finish, with flavors that truly stand out. The salsa was the best I’ve had in my life—fresh, perfectly balanced, and unforgettable. The guacamole was equally amazing, made fresh and full of flavor. Every bite felt authentic and high quality. The enchiladas were incredible, easily one of the best I’ve ever eaten. Perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. You can really tell that care and tradition go into every dish. The atmosphere is warm and upscale, fitting perfectly with the Aria Hotel vibe, and the service was attentive and professional without being rushed. Overall, Javier’s is a must-visit if you’re in Las Vegas. Exceptional food, unforgettable flavors, and a top-tier dining experience. I will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone who loves great Mexican cuisine!

The food was ok. The chips were slightly oily but salsa was good. The poblano cream vegetarian enchiladas was just fine. Nothing memorable. I have had better in Bay area California at simpler restaurants. Quite loud but decor and ambience was good. Smoke from the casino floors comes in.

We had a group of 7 and got seated immediately. I don’t love the round booth style but not going to remove stars for it. Our waiter was great. We ordered various things off the menu and it was all very good. The complimentary chips and salsa were very good as well! Definitely check it out if you’re in the mood for Mexican.
